All services are of no cost to the recipient. The Southern Tier Pregnancy Resource Center provides free pregnancy testing, referrals for onsite ultrasound with a positive test, free prenatal vitamins with a positive test, sexual health education, referrals for prenatal care and social services, parenting education, material aid, diapers, information on options in a pregnancy situation, and post-abortion support.
