Southern Tier Tobacco Awareness Coalition

A joint effort by member agencies and individuals in the tri-county region to provide: Education, Programs, Materials and Resources, Technical assistance to implement tobacco control policies regarding tobacco industry advertising, sponsorship and promotion, smoke-free apartments, tobacco-free parks and playgrounds, and tobacco-free entryways. Works to eliminate exposure to secondhand smoke, decrease the social acceptability of tobacco, promote cessation from tobacco use, and prevent the initiation of tobacco use among youth and young adults.
